This is part of the Global Leadership Program organized by the FPT School of Business and Technology, designed in line with the capability development needs of Vietlott&#8217;s leadership team.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A Week in Australia: Three Perspectives on Leadership and Industry<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At <strong>Melbourne Business School<\/strong>, part of the University of Melbourne, participants focused on change leading change \u2013 from recognizing individual and team reactions to change, to influencing stakeholders, to building action plans. Rather than simply absorbing knowledge, each participant was required to connect the course content to a real issue at their organization and develop an action plan for their own challenge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"2560\" height=\"1440\" src=\"https:\/\/fsb.edu.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/1789038591159_1511705573898812851_7376563847709403927_d4f90f4aa64786e305bf30921befe721.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-14143\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The journey then extended from the lecture hall to industry practice. At <strong>Tabcorp<\/strong>, an Australian entertainment-industry operator comparable to Vietlott, the delegation gained the operator&#8217;s perspective on the market, business operations, and the practical issues involved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the <strong>Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission (VGCCC)<\/strong>, participants gained the regulator&#8217;s perspective, learning how the market is supervised, how risk is managed, and how stakeholder interests are balanced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"2321\" height=\"1741\" src=\"https:\/\/fsb.edu.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/1789038591173_1511705573898812851_7376563847709403927_8489b566077fbb4ee33fcdd907f3a9ae.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-14145\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bringing together the lecture hall, the business, and the regulator within a single journey enabled participants to observe an industry ecosystem from multiple angles: how the business operates, what requirements the market imposes, and how regulation and oversight shape the industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>From International Experience to Vietlott&#8217;s Real-World Challenges<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The experience in Australia was a continuation of a learning process that began in Vietnam. Prior to this, participants took part in the program in collaboration with the <strong>William Davidson Institute (WDI)<\/strong> at the <strong>University of Michigan, USA<\/strong>, focusing on strategic leadership, competition, finance, and development strategy through real-world case studies and challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These foundations were then extended into the Australian context, where participants not only learned about leading change but also directly observed how businesses and regulators address issues within a developed market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-style-default\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"2397\" height=\"1798\" src=\"https:\/\/fsb.edu.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/1789038591120_1511705573898812851_7376563847709403927_e5a97a610a8a06186ade7561cefcf594.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-14147\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What matters most about this journey is not that participants <em>\u201ctraveled to Australia to study,\u201d<\/em> but that their experiences in Australia were connected to Vietlott&#8217;s real-world challenges. The course content, practical exchanges, and individual action plans together form a continuous chain from awareness to application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A Growing Trend: Capability Development with Leading Global Universities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Global Leadership Program for Vietlott was designed around the connection between international academia, industry practice, and the organization&#8217;s development needs.
