\tTrên th\u1ebf gi\u1edbi, ng\u01b0\u1eddi Do Thái (Israel) là ch\u1ee7 nhân c\u1ee7a h\u01a1n 30% gi\u1ea3i th\u01b0\u1edfng Nobel. \u0110\u1ea5t n\u01b0\u1edbc Israel là quê h\u01b0\u01a1ng s\u1ea3n sinh ra nh\u1eefng b\u1ed9 óc thiên tài nh\u01b0 Jesus, Karl Marx, Albert Einstein… nh\u1eefng nhân v\u1eadt có t\u1ea7m \u1ea3nh h\u01b0\u1edfng t\u1edbi s\u1ef1 phát tri\u1ec3n c\u1ee7a toàn th\u1ec3 nhân lo\u1ea1i. Th\u1ed1ng kê t\u1ea1i M\u1ef9 cho th\u1ea5y, 1\/3 tri\u1ec7u phú là ng\u01b0\u1eddi g\u1ed1c Do Thái, 20% các giáo s\u01b0 hàng \u0111\u1ea7u c\u0169ng g\u1ed1c Do Thái.<\/p>\n

\tTheo các nhà nghiên c\u1ee9u, s\u1ef1 k\u1ef3 di\u1ec7u \u0111\u1ec3 s\u1ea3n sinh ra nh\u1eefng thiên tài Do Thái và s\u1ef1 phát tri\u1ec3n th\u1ea7n k\u1ef3 c\u1ee7a n\u1ec1n kinh t\u1ebf Israel chính là nh\u1edd tinh hoa n\u1ec1n giáo d\u1ee5c truy\u1ec1n th\u1ed1ng c\u1ee7a h\u1ecd c\u0169ng nh\u01b0 ngh\u1ecb l\u1ef1c phi th\u01b0\u1eddng \u0111\u1ec3 sinh t\u1ed3n trong nh\u1eefng hoàn c\u1ea3nh kh\u1eafc nghi\u1ec7t nh\u1ea5t.<\/span><\/span>

Tr\u01b0\u01a1ng Gia Bình \u0111ã “l\u1eb7n l\u1ed9i” sang Israel, tìm g\u1eb7p nh\u1eefng nhân v\u1eadt hàng \u0111\u1ea7u v\u1ec1 giáo d\u1ee5c, nh\u1eefng h\u1ecdc gi\u1ea3 Nobel n\u1ed5i ti\u1ebfng \u0111\u1ec3 h\u1ecdc h\u1ecfi nh\u1eefng tinh hoa giáo d\u1ee5c c\u1ee7a \u0111\u1ea5t n\u01b0\u1edbc th\u1ea7n k\u1ef3. Và hành trang tr\u1edf v\u1ec1 Vi\u1ec7t Nam chính là H\u1ecdc thuy\u1ebft ki\u1ebfn t\u1ea1o (Constructivism).<\/p>\n

\tH\u1ecdc thuy\u1ebft ki\u1ebfn t\u1ea1o – Chuy\u1ec3n vi\u1ec7c h\u1ecdc t\u1eeb ghi nh\u1edb sang t\u1ea1o d\u1ef1ng<\/strong><\/p>\n

\tH\u1ecdc thuy\u1ebft \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng ph\u1ed5 bi\u1ebfn hi\u1ec7n nay \u1edf các tr\u01b0\u1eddng là Instructivism – h\u1ecdc thuy\u1ebft ch\u1ec9 \u0111\u1ea1o. \u0110ây là cách \u0111ang \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c áp d\u1ee5ng ph\u1ed5 bi\u1ebfn \u1edf Vi\u1ec7t Nam: th\u1ea7y cô gi\u1ea3ng bài, h\u1ecdc trò ghi chép… V\u1edbi tr\u01b0\u1eddng phái này, tri th\u1ee9c \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c xem nh\u01b0 nh\u1eefng hòn \u0111á, ng\u01b0\u1eddi h\u1ecdc nh\u01b0 nh\u1eefng cái gi\u1ecf. Vi\u1ec7c c\u1ee7a ng\u01b0\u1eddi th\u1ea7y là \u0111\u1ed5 \u0111\u1ea7y gi\u1ecf nh\u1eefng hòn \u0111á tri th\u1ee9c. Vì th\u1ebf, ng\u01b0\u1eddi h\u1ecdc tr\u1edf nên th\u1ee5 \u0111\u1ed9ng, tri th\u1ee9c \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c ch\u1ec9 d\u1eabn, ti\u1ebfp thu và ghi nh\u1edb, \u0111a ph\u1ea7n không \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c áp d\u1ee5ng vào cu\u1ed9c s\u1ed1ng công vi\u1ec7c.<\/p>\n

\tConstructivism – H\u1ecdc thuy\u1ebft ki\u1ebfn t\u1ea1o, là cách th\u1ee9c h\u1ecdc h\u1ecfi d\u1ef1a trên s\u1ef1 t\u01b0\u01a1ng tác gi\u1eefa kinh nghi\u1ec7m và ý t\u01b0\u1edfng c\u1ee7a các cá nhân. H\u1ecdc thuy\u1ebft này cho r\u1eb1ng: tri th\u1ee9c \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c sáng t\u1ea1o trong quá trình cá nhân khám phá th\u1ebf gi\u1edbi. Áp d\u1ee5ng tri\u1ebft lý ki\u1ebfn t\u1ea1o vào gi\u1ea3ng d\u1ea1y cho phép h\u1ecdc viên ch\u1ee7 \u0111\u1ed9ng t\u1ea1o ra tri th\u1ee9c sâu s\u1eafc cho riêng mình qua vi\u1ec7c tham gia tích c\u1ef1c vào bài gi\u1ea3ng và t\u01b0\u01a1ng tác v\u1edbi các h\u1ecdc viên khác. Gi\u1ea3ng viên \u0111óng vai trò ng\u01b0\u1eddi h\u01b0\u1edbng d\u1eabn, \u0111\u1ecbnh h\u01b0\u1edbng.
\tCách h\u1ecdc và d\u1ea1y này giúp h\u1ecdc viên hi\u1ec3u sâu và làm ch\u1ee7 các tri th\u1ee9c do chính mình tham gia xây d\u1ef1ng, th\u1ea3o lu\u1eadn, tranh bi\u1ec7n v\u1edbi các khái ni\u1ec7m m\u1edbi trên n\u1ec1n t\u1ea3ng tri th\u1ee9c \u0111ã có. Gi\u1ea3ng viên là ng\u01b0\u1eddi t\u1ea1o \u0111i\u1ec1u ki\u1ec7n thu\u1eadn l\u1ee3i, quan sát và h\u01b0\u1edbng d\u1eabn h\u1ecdc viên xây d\u1ef1ng nên ki\u1ebfn th\u1ee9c ch\u1ee9 không ch\u1ec9 là ng\u01b0\u1eddi truy\u1ec1n th\u1ee5 ki\u1ebfn th\u1ee9c.<\/p>\n

\tConstructivism – “T\u1eeb khóa phép thu\u1eadt” cho s\u1ef1 thành công<\/strong><\/p>\n

\tÝ ni\u1ec7m v\u1ec1 tri\u1ebft lý ki\u1ebfn t\u1ea1o \u0111\u1ebfn v\u1edbi Ch\u1ee7 t\u1ecbch H\u0110QT FPT Tr\u01b0\u01a1ng Gia Bình t\u1ea1i Di\u1ec5n \u0111àn Kinh t\u1ebf Th\u1ebf gi\u1edbi Davos, trong cu\u1ed9c trò chuy\u1ec7n v\u1edbi George Soros, m\u1ed9t t\u1ef7 phú ng\u01b0\u1eddi M\u1ef9 g\u1ed1c Do Thái. Câu chuy\u1ec7n v\u1ec1 công ngh\u1ec7 giáo d\u1ee5c d\u1ef1a trên H\u1ecdc thuy\u1ebft ki\u1ebfn t\u1ea1o do 6 nhà khoa h\u1ecdc ng\u01b0\u1eddi Do Thái t\u1eebng \u0111o\u1ea1t gi\u1ea3i Nobel xây d\u1ef1ng két s\u1eaft<\/a> may loc nuoc<\/a> nên \u0111ã làm ông b\u1eebng t\u1ec9nh: “\u0110ây chính là s\u1ee9c m\u1ea1nh \u0111ã làm nên tôi và FPT ngày hôm nay”.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

\tNgay sau \u0111ó, Ch\u1ee7 t\u1ecbch FPT \u0111ã \u0111\u1ebfn Israel, tìm g\u1eb7p các tác gi\u1ea3, tr\u1ef1c ti\u1ebfp ch\u1ee9ng ki\u1ebfn s\u1ef1 k\u1ef3 di\u1ec7u c\u1ee7a công  ngh\u1ec7 giáo d\u1ee5c \u0111ang \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c áp d\u1ee5ng kh\u1eafp Israel. Và ông tr\u1edf v\u1ec1 v\u1edbi l\u1eddi kh\u1eb3ng \u0111\u1ecbnh: Constructivism s\u1ebd là “t\u1eeb khóa phép thu\u1eadt” cho s\u1ef1 thành công c\u1ee7a t\u1eadp \u0111oàn FPT. H\u1ecdc thuy\u1ebft ki\u1ebfn t\u1ea1o là cách t\u1ed1t nh\u1ea5t \u0111\u1ec3 FPT xây d\u1ef1ng m\u1ed9t “t\u1ed5 ch\u1ee9c h\u1ecdc t\u1eadp”.<\/p>\n

\tVi\u1ec7c tranh lu\u1eadn trong l\u1edbp gi\u1eefa các thành viên tr\u1ecdng nhóm, gi\u1eefa các nhóm và v\u1edbi th\u1ea7y luôn \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c khuy\u1ebfn khích. Nh\u1edd \u0111ó, h\u1ecdc viên luôn hào h\u1ee9ng v\u1edbi các ho\u1ea1t \u0111\u1ed9ng trong và ngoài l\u1edbp. Tri\u1ebft lý ki\u1ebfn t\u1ea1o giúp ch\u01b0\u01a1ng trình \u0111ào t\u1ea1o \u1edf FSB luôn có tính th\u1ef1c ti\u1ec5n cao, v\u1edbi s\u1ef1 tham d\u1ef1 c\u1ee7a các CEO hay Ch\u1ee7 t\u1ecbch H\u0110QT nhi\u1ec1u doanh nghi\u1ec7p trong c\u01b0\u01a1ng v\u1ecb gi\u1ea3ng viên.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
