ACBSP Conducts Evaluation of the Master of Business Administration Program at FPT University Hanoi
From February 26th to 28th, 2025, FPT School of Business and Technology (FSB), FPT University will host a team of experts from the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP) to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of its Master of Business Administration (MBA) program in Hanoi. The ACBSP accreditation team, consisting of Dr. Arber Reci, Dr. Ismael San Miguel, and Ms. Krystyna Krol, will review the program based on a rigorous assessment process with six key standards.
ACBSP, a US-based international accreditation organization founded in 1988, currently has over 1,116 educational members in 11 regions worldwide, including 55 institutions in Region 10 (South Asia). To achieve this accreditation, an educational institution must strictly adhere to standards related to facilities, faculty, program management, learning outcomes, and student support services.
The accreditation standards include: leadership, strategic planning, students and stakeholders, measurement and analysis of learning outcomes, faculty and staff, and educational organization. These factors not only assess the current quality of the program but also guide sustainable development, ensuring that the MBA program at FSB is comparable to top business schools globally.
The welcoming ceremony, held at FPT University’s Hoa Lac campus on the morning of February 26th, 2025, was attended by numerous university leaders, including Dr. Nguyen Khac Thanh – President of FPT University, Dr. Nguyen Viet Thang – Vice President of FPT University and Dean of FSB, Dr. Tran Quang Huy – Head of Training Department at FSB, Mr. Ha Nguyen – Head of FSB Hanoi Assurance Department, Mr. Le Cong Nghia – Head of Research and Development Department at FSB, Ms. Do Thi Minh Thuy – Head of Quality Assurance Department at FPT Education Organization, and other functional departments.
In his welcoming speech, Dr. Nguyen Khac Thanh emphasized the importance of ACBSP accreditation, considering it a testament to the quality of education and a foundation for the development of liberal education, delivering a breakthrough and meaningful educational experience.
FPT University, having received ACBSP accreditation for its undergraduate business administration program in 2019 with an accreditation period extending to 2029, continuously strives to improve and innovate to ensure the highest quality of education.
