FSB and MM Mega Market Vietnam officially sign a cooperation agreement

FPT School of Business & Technology and MM Mega Market Vietnam (MMVN) share a common goal of building a generation of well-rounded leaders who are ready to adapt to the changes of the new era.

Aiming to establish a foundation for open cooperation and demonstrate the mutual interest of both parties in jointly developing and implementing programs to support the development and capacity building of MMVN’s employees, managers, and leaders, the official signing ceremony of the cooperation agreement between MMVN and FSB took place on the morning of August 12, 2024, along with the launch of the “MM Future Leader Program” for MMVN’s managers.

MM Mega Market Vietnam, a member of the BJC/TCC Group in Thailand, inaugurated its first modern wholesale center in Ho Chi Minh City in 2002. After more than 20 years of operation and development, MM Mega Market Vietnam has expanded to 21 wholesale centers and supermarkets nationwide, along with 5 supply stations, 2 transit warehouses with over 4,000 employees and 2000 product suppliers.

Attending this event were representatives of the leadership of both sides. Representing FSB’s leadership were Dr. Doan Xuan Huy Minh – Head of FSB Quality Assurance in HCM City, Ms. Luong Thi Hong Anh – Head of Admissions of FPT Real Training Center, and Mr. Nguyen Truong Son – Deputy Director of FPT Education Organization Office in HCM City. Representing MMVN’s leadership were Mr. Bruno Jousselin – Managing Director of MMVN, Ms. Tran Kim Nga – Corporate Development Director, and members of the MMVN Executive Board.

Sharing at the signing ceremony, Mr. Bruno Jousselin emphasized the importance of this training program: “I hope you will reap many success stories of being promoted to higher levels in the company to be ready to develop into future leaders.” The training program developed by FSB specifically for MMVN will provide up-to-date knowledge, supplementing the latest trends and superior management skills in Vietnam and the world.

FSB and MMVN hope that this cooperation will mark a new milestone in the relationship between the two parties, and at the same time demonstrate the effort on the journey to build outstanding managers and leaders in the future.
