FSB and Prudential Vietnam cooperate to launch “Enhancing Business Management Capabilities” Training Program
On August 22nd, the practical training program “Enhancing Business Management Capabilities” for Prudential Vietnam’s General Agency Directors (GAD’s) was officially launched at FPT University, Ho Chi Minh City. This program, specially designed by the FPT School of Business & Technology in collaboration with Prudential Vietnam, aims to equip GAD’s with the tools and strategies needed to win in the marketplace.
The opening ceremony was graced by the presence of senior leaders from both organizations:
Representing FPT School of Business & Technology, FPT University: Mr. Hoang Nam Tien – Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees, FPT University, and Mr. Nguyen Truong Son – Deputy Director of FPT Education Organization Office, Ho Chi Minh City. Representing Prudential Vietnam: Mr. Phuong Tien Minh – CEO, Mr. Tran Thanh Phong – Deputy CEO of Marketing, Ms. Yvonne Nguyen – Deputy CEO of Insurance Transactions, and representatives of the functional management board.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Phuong Tien Minh – CEO of Prudential Vietnam, encouraged the trainees, saying, “This training program is not only an opportunity to enhance personal capabilities, but also a testament to the importance of our partnership with Prudential, which we will continue to invest in and develop in the coming years. It is a catalyst for Prudential’s strong growth in Vietnam in the future. Immediately following the opening ceremony, Prudential Vietnam trainees will begin the first module of this training course. Aiming to equip directors with in-depth knowledge of business management and administration, while systematizing important strategic management skills, FSB lecturers will focus on developing leadership capabilities, optimizing operational processes, and enhancing decision-making skills in an increasingly complex competitive environment.
The training program is divided into three phases, conducted at three different campuses of FPT University in Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, and Hanoi. FSB wishes all trainees great achievements and success on their new journey!
