Seminar on the Distribution Industry Outlook & Opportunities for Phu Thai Corporation
The FPT School of Business & Technology, in collaboration with Phu Thai Corporation, successfully organized the Seminar on the Distribution Industry Outlook & Opportunities for Phu Thai on the afternoon of March 1, 2024, at Sheraton Hanoi Hotel.
Phu Thai Corporation, a joint-stock company, has been operating in the trade, business, and distribution of consumer products for 30 years.
The seminar was attended by leaders of Phu Thai Corporation, and speaker Hoang Nam Tien – Vice President at the FPT University, along with nearly 100 management officials from various branches of Phu Thai Corporation.
The distribution market in Vietnam has significant development potential due to a large population, a young demographic structure, and an anticipated increase in household spending. However, the coverage rate of modern retail systems is still much lower compared to other countries in the region. In practice, the development trends in the distribution industry in Vietnam are undergoing changes and adjustments to adapt to the uncertain and constantly changing economic landscape. During the seminar, speaker Hoang Nam Tien shared stories of businesses undergoing transformation in challenging markets and discussed strategies for managing change to protect supply chains and adapt to market uncertainties. He also highlighted opportunities for the development of the distribution industry in Vietnam as a whole and Phu Thai Corporation in particular, in the context of staying ahead of market trends.
