For the first time, participants of FPT MiniMBA programme-designed for managerial and executive talents-had the opportunity to “live” through real-world scenarios using Virtual Reality (VR) technology. Led by Dr. Tran Quang Huy, Director of Training at the FPT School of Business & Technology (FSB), this session delivered an unprecedented experiential learning opportunity for FPT’s future leaders.

When Training Scenarios Become Truly Immersive
Within the Human Resource Management module, VR headsets were used to simulate an internal conflict scenario at Viet An Dental Clinic. Learners donned VR headsets and entered a meticulously reconstructed 3D environment, observing events unfold as if they were present at the scene. This enabled them to analyze the dynamics, identify core issues, and propose practical solutions.
The VR-enhanced lesson sparked excitement, curiosity, and dynamic engagement among participants. The classroom atmosphere grew vibrant, discussions became more animated, and collaborative spirit blossomed. By stepping into the scenario firsthand and witnessing the complexities through immersive visualization, learners enjoyed a richer, more impactful training experience-preparing them as future leaders of FPT and its affiliated companies.
