A delegation from the FPT School of Business and Technology (FSB) at FPT University recently visited Leeds Beckett University in the UK.

The visit took place from July 15 to 21, 2024, as part of the collaboration on the Leeds Beckett MBA International Business Administration program. The FPT University delegation was led by Dr. Le Truong Tung – Chairman of the FPT University Council and Dr. Nguyen Viet Thang – Vice Rector of FPT University, Dean of FPT School of Business and Technology, along with department heads from the school. Welcoming the delegation on behalf of Leeds Beckett University were Professor Phil Cardew – Pro Vice-Chancellor for Academic Affairs, Mr. Liam Howarth – Regional Director for East and Southeast Asia, and representatives from various departments of the University.

In addition to attending the 2024 Graduation Ceremony for students at Leeds Beckett University, the FPT School of Business and Technology delegation also met with the Leeds Beckett University leadership to discuss future cooperation directions.

This event marks an important milestone in the cooperative relationship between the FPT School of Business and Technology (FPT University) and Leeds Beckett University. The two parties are committed to continuing their close cooperation to provide students with high-quality training programs that meet the comprehensive needs of the future labor market.

Vừa qua, Đoàn đại biểu Viện Quản trị & Công nghệ FSB, Đại học FPT đã có chuyến thăm và làm việc tại Đại học Leeds Beckett (Anh Quốc). 

Chuyến thăm diễn ra từ ngày 15/07/2024 đến ngày 21/07/2024 trong khuôn khổ hợp tác đào tạo Chương trình Thạc sĩ Quản trị Kinh doanh Quốc tế (Leeds Beckett MBA). Dẫn đầu đoàn lãnh đạo trường ĐH FPT là TS. Lê Trường Tùng – Chủ tịch Hội đồng Trường ĐH FPT và TS. Nguyễn Việt Thắng – Phó hiệu trưởng trường ĐH FPT, Viện trưởng Viện Quản trị & Công nghệ FSB cùng các cán bộ là trưởng phòng ban tại Viện Quản trị & Công nghệ FSB. Tiếp đón đoàn sang thăm, phía Đại học Leeds Beckett có GS. Phil Cardew – Phó hiệu trưởng phụ trách học thuật Trường ĐH Leeds Beckett, ông Liam Howarth – Giám đốc khu vực Đông và Đông Nam Á cùng đại diện các phòng ban của Trường.

Chuyến thăm lần này không chỉ tham dự Lễ Tốt nghiệp năm 2024 của sinh viên tại Đại học Leeds Beckett mà Đoàn Đại biểu Viện Quản trị & Công nghệ FSB còn gặp gỡ Ban lãnh đạo Đại học Leeds Beckett để cùng trao đổi về định hướng hợp tác trong tương lai.

After a journey of hard work and dedication, students of the Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Software Engineering (MSE), Master of International Business Administration (Leeds Beckett MBA) programs at FPT School of Business & Technology are ready for the 2024 Master’s Graduation Ceremony.

The Graduation Ceremony is not only an event to mark the maturity of the journey to conquer the pinnacle of knowledge but also a time to look back on the memorable moments throughout the nearly 2-year study journey. This is also the starting point marking the opening of opportunities and future success for all students at FSB.

The 2024 Graduation Ceremony will be held solemnly with many characteristic, impressive and emotional activities, including wearing graduation gowns, taking souvenir photos, visiting the photo exhibition space, performances of special performances, the graduation certificate awarding ceremony, honoring outstanding students, the gratitude ritual and throwing graduation hats,…

The program will be organized in 2 phases as follows:

Phase 1 in Hanoi: Saturday afternoon, November 9 2024.

Phase 2 in Ho Chi Minh City, Sunday afternoon, November 24 2024.
